Been awhile, I know. Little time, not feeling like doing anything, and sporadic internet are all valid reasons, I guess.
I started a job a little more than two weeks ago...and it sucks. If I weren't in such desperate need of a regular income, there have been four or five specific things that would've been the last straw. As it stands now I find myself at an uneasy truce with myself: I need a paycheck coming in, but if this gets any worse I'll drop it in a second and just look elsewhere.
So that's why I haven't been updating my blog. I'm at work a lot, and when I'm not at work I only feel like eating, sleeping, and taking a long hot bath with a toaster. On top of that, I don't have internet access right now, so I can only get online when my father is over here and not using his phone...and that adds up to about an hour a week.
So thanks to everyone for your patience, and for the love of god send me some if you have any extra!

iBear is moving.
Well I guess technically iBear is always moving, but now I'm actually changing my place of residence. This weekend is going to be crazy hectic (and suck bigtime...) so I'll be offline for at least a couple of days. Catch you later!

Just got back to Florida.
My grandmother had a stroke (on Thanksgiving) and for the first 24 hours we thought that it might be cancer. (The initial scans showed a mass in the brain, that later turned out to be the damage caused by the stroke.) She's lost some of her visual field, but there isn't any loss of motor or cognitive function.
So very scary, but could have been worse. She's obviously very grouchy about the frustration; therapists and appointments and such, but all things considered this wasn't as bad as a stroke this size usually is.

Steelers face the Partiots tonight...
The Pats haven't lost back-to-back games since 2003, but their Offense is weak since losing Moss, and their Defense is inexperienced. Hopefully the strongest Defense in the NFL can shut down New England, and Big Ben can carve up their coverage:)
